¹æ¹ý: ¿¬±¸´ë»óÀº ÃæûÁö¿ª¿¡ ¼ÒÀçÇÏ´Â »ó±ÞÁ¾ÇÕº´¿ø 1°÷¿¡¼­ 1³â ÀÌ»ó ±Ù¹«ÇÏ°í º» ¿¬±¸ÀÇ ¸ñÀû°ú ¹æ¹ýÀ» ÀÌÇØÇϸç Âü¿©¿¡ µ¿ÀÇÇÑ 223¸íÀÇ °£È£»çÀ̾úÀ¸¸ç, ÀÚ·á¼öÁý ±â°£Àº 2018³â 6¿ù 15ÀϺÎÅÍ 6¿ù 29ÀϱîÁö ÀÌ·ç¾îÁ³´Ù. ¼öÁýµÈ ÀÚ·á´Â SPSS WIN 22.0 Åë°è ÇÁ·Î±×·¥À» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© Åë°è󸮸¦ ÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç, ´ë»óÀÚÀÇ Æ¯¼º°ú °ø°¨¿ª·®, Á¶Á÷¸ôÀÔ ¹× °í°´ÁöÇ⼺ Á¤µµ´Â ºóµµ, ¹éºÐÀ², Æò±Õ, Ç¥ÁØÆíÂ÷ µîÀ» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© »êÃâÇÏ¿´´Ù. ´ë»óÀÚÀÇ Æ¯¼º¿¡ µû¸¥ °ø°¨¿ª·®, Á¶Á÷¸ôÀÔ ¹× °í°´ÁöÇ⼺ÀÇ Â÷ÀÌ´Â Independent t-test¿Í One-way ANOVA·Î ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´°í »çÈĺм®Àº Scheffe test¸¦ ½Ç½ÃÇÏ¿´´Ù. ´ë»óÀÚÀÇ °ø°¨¿ª·®, Á¶Á÷¸ôÀÔ, °í°´ÁöÇ⼺ °£ÀÇ »ó°ü°ü°è´Â Pearson¡¯s correlation coefficient¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç, °í°´ÁöÇ⼺¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿µÇâÀº Multiple regression analysis¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á°ú: ´ë»óÀÚÀÇ °í°´ÁöÇ⼺Àº Á¶Á÷¸ôÀÔ (r= .51, p<.001), °ø°¨¿ª·® (r= .74, p< .001)°ú Åë°èÀûÀ¸·Î À¯ÀÇÇÑ ¾çÀÇ »ó°ü°ü°è¸¦ ³ªÅ¸³Â´Ù. ´ë»óÀÚÀÇ °í°´ÁöÇ⼺¿¡ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿äÀÎÀº °ø°¨¿ª·®(¥â= .62, p< .001), Á¶Á÷¸ôÀÔ(¥â= .17, p= .004), ±âÈ¥(¥â= .11, p= .034) 3°³ÀÇ º¯¼ö·Î È®ÀεǾú´Ù. ÀÌµé º¯¼ö´Â °í°´ÁöÇ⼺À» 59.1%¸¦ ¼³¸íÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á·Ð: º» ¿¬±¸¸¦ ÅëÇØ °£È£»çÀÇ °ø°¨¿ª·®°ú Á¶Á÷¸ôÀÔÀÌ °í°´ÁöÇ⼺¿¡ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ÁÖ¿äÇÑ ¿äÀÎÀÓÀ» È®ÀÎÇÏ¿´´Ù. µû¶ó¼­, º´¿ø°£È£»çÀÇ °í°´ÁöÇ⼺À» Çâ»ó½ÃÅ°±â À§Çؼ­´Â ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ ¿ä¼Ò¸¦ °í·ÁÇÏ¿© ÁßÀç ¹× ±³À°ÇÁ·Î±×·¥À» °³¹ß¿¡ ±âÃÊÀÚ·á·Î È°¿ëÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖÀ» °ÍÀÌ´Ù.

Purpose: This study aimed to examine the effects of compassion competence and organizational commitment on customer orientation in hospital nurses.

Methods: The participant of this study was 223 nurses who have worked at a tertiary hospital in Chungcheong Province for at least one year. The general characteristics, compassion competence, organizational commitment, and customer orientation of the participants were collected, using self-reported questionnaires, from June 15 to June 29, 2018. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA(Scheffe? test), Pearson¡¯s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using an SPSS/WIN 22.0 program.

Results: Customer orientation was significantly associated with organizational commitment (r=.51, p<.001), and compassion competence(r=.74, p<.001). Compassion competence(¥â=.62, p<.001), organizational commitment(¥â=.17, p=.004), and marital status(¥â=.11, p=.034) were identified as the predictors of customer orientation. These variables explained 59.1% of the variance in customer orientation.

Conclusion: This study confirmed that compassion competence and organizational commitment may have an impact on customer orientation in hospital Nurses. Therefore, to improve customer orientation in hospital nurses, it is necessary to develop interventions and education programs considering these factors.
